Cons
The sonicare toothbrush is a glorified manual toothbrush. It doesn't improve brushing technique at all. Not conducive to better brushing. Not strong enough for toothvibration.

Existing electric toothbrush owners will be a bit disappointed.
I would suggest getting the one with the battery so you don’t have to charge it while on vacation.

As for the philips one the vibrations are keenly felt in the handle but are very diminished at the bristles
