Highlights
Quality
The only thing: you need to be very precise with the ratios of the flour to egg/water.
Noodles came out tasting better than restaurant quality.
Also note that the extrusion dies are not interchangeable with the larger machine.
1 cup of flour is not 1 actual cup it is one of the plastic cup that comes with the machine.
Shipping
That said the smaller machine makes the basic shapes, does it well is fast and easy to clean.
Packaging/appearance
It was like new with all the manuals and original packaging.
Competitiveness
I make batches at a time and put individual ziplock portions in the freezer.
We now make 300g pasta and use all egg for the liquid.
Bought 4 year plan in addition just in case, still cheaper than a brand new one.
As a chef, you want this to replace home made pasta, which takes a lot of time, skill, and effort.

Just a general tip for using this machine try to refrain yourself from adding more liquid than the recipe called for when the batch looks too dry at the begining of the mixing cycle
