Sadly the machine became gradually louder over time specifically the compressor and towards the end of the products warranty it stopped being able to compress kegs altogether became unusable

While the customer service reps themselves are hugely polite and helpful as individuals the underlying policy they have to work with effectively means that they offer repair of machines in warranty only

This has resulted in 2 kegs going stale and as philips don’t supply the kegs directly that is at my expense £40 a keg

At the moment i still have no working unit and with 6 additional kegs to share with family and friends over christmas i have no way to serve it and i am staring down the barrel of pouring more money down the drain
