Pros
The bulb itself is fine apart from its lifespan. The 4 pin version of this type of light uses an external starter like the old style tubes. Replaces a like for like bulb.
Arrived well packaged. An exceptional quality item. Just the job and quick postage too.
Cons
Flickered for 5 seconds then nothing. Misleading and inaccurate description - these lights are not a rated all they are only g. The box it came in was celotaped as if the bulb had been returned previously.

To change it turn the power off and insert a flat bladed screwdriver between the base fitting and the central housing of this bulb to prise it vertically downwards

Personally don’t believe the number of hours they are rated for as the last one went for approx 2 years

I got the same result about 2 inches of both ends lit up but the rest of the bulb did not

I did some research and discovered that the 4 pin version of this type of light uses an external starter like the old style tubes the 2 pin version has a builtin starter

There was no starter visible so i unclipped the panel behind the bulb and sure enough there was the starter
