After 4 and half years of use, this trimmer is still going on on same batteries.
Price
Brilliant beard trimmer - this about the 6th phillips trimmer i've owned and they are getting cheaper - my first cost over £90.
It's not perfect but for the price i'm happy.
Competitiveness
Much better than more expensive models i have tried.
Us version is called the norelco but this is the closest thing to it imo.
This isn't an option with the philips, but it does work better on my beard and moustache than the other trimmers that i've used.

However i used it mainly to keep my beard very short so i cannot say whether it is as good on longer beards

It does trap a lot of the hair but there is still a lot that it doesnt catch and therefore it is not hassle free

Gives a good finished result vacum doesnt collect it all but prob reduces mess by atleast 75

But the vacuum cleaner collect only 5070 and the built quality is poor looks like cheap plastic

I will trim my beard every other day because of this i would say it catches 90 of the hairs yes a few will go in the sink but hardly anything compared to a trimmer that doesnt catch anything

I bought this and 2 weeks later started normal shaving again but one day the beard will return
