While some customers find it exceeding their expectations and having good sound quality that can get loud, others consider it decent but not the loudest available. Some customers also mentioned that the speaker sounds better than their computer's onboard speakers and have a powerful stereo effect with strong bass. Highlights
Quality
It has good sound quality and can get loud if you want it to.
Loud, decent sound quality, plenty base and super light.
Battery low notification is a simple 1 second pause in broadcast every couple of minutes.
Even while powered from the wall it shuts off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Price
Speaker for my kids has good sound for that price.
Worth the price, and you can sync your music to 2 at once.
However, given the price point, this isn't surprising.
It sounds good, for the price i’m not disappointed, thinking about buying by daughter 1
Shipping
Just arrived in suriname, i’ve been testing for about an hour and sounds great!
Packaging/appearance
If you are packing it for stationary use (think setting it down for a picnic, or like i am in a garage), it's fine.
Speaker was in perfect condition original box was a little beat up but for a returned product at a great value what do you expect.
Competitiveness
Sound quality is exponentially better than the onboard speakers on either of my newer macs.
Once i realized it lacked an aux input i quickly moved on to comparing other speakers.
It was an ok sounding speaker, but it didn't sound any better than the tribit xsound mega i was comparing it to at the time.
Ok, so this speaker sounds great (at least compared to any other portable speaker i've encountered.
