There is some maintenance to the machine i recommend you watch the youtube videos from phillips if you buy the machine

Remember that espresso machines take about 10 to 100 coffees before they start to taste normal

Buy a few bags of beans to get past that or live with the taste in the beginning

Note there is a setting for temperature so if it’s not coming out hot enough for you adjust the setting
