Pros

The fact that it's fully washable adds a level of convenience to the maintenance routine. Washability and no oil needed is a plus as well as lithium battery and turbo mode.

Cons

Quality

Super sharp blades and relatively lightweight control made it easy to cut a male thick head of hair in no time.

Simple to use with excellent battery performance and works well on both beard and head.

Easily adjusted cutting length dial with the addition of a turbo button giving that extra power boost.

My worry is that the guide is plastic and its very flimsy -- if this breaks the trimmer is pretty useless.

Price

Good value and gives a much better cut than my old set.

Overall for the price i think it’s a bargain.

I bought on sale for about 27 pounds so good value on offer.

Packaging/appearance

As i also have a philips electric razor the chargers are the same so one charger can be packed if travelling light.

Competitiveness

Again, using unguarded, these shave much closer than the wahl.

As clippers go i don't think you can beat philips.

Having tried several different manufacturers units over the years the philips unit excels.

Bought to replace an older philips unit.
