Pros

My mouth feels so refreshed after brushing. It cleans super well and super easily. When i floss after brushing, the floss has very little food debris on it.

It gradually ramps up to full power over the first few brush cycles. Every 30 seconds it lets you know to move on to the next quadrant of your mouth. The timer is another nice feature, for a total of 2 minutes of brushing each time.

Cons

It still vibrates but the guts are so loose the brush cartridge swivels all over your mouth. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful this is being returned immediately.

Packaging/appearance

It comes with one brush head, even though there are two slots in the packaging.

The biggest issue is the packaging was from 2017 so i am worried about the life of the battery since it sat on a shelf for 4 years.

Note, there is a 2 year manufacturer's warranty so you might not have to purchase an additional warranty unless it adds onto the 2-year.

The philips sonicare brand worked for our family for years.

Don't last forever, but while they'r running, you can't beat them for deep cleaning.
