Pros

First and foremost, the cleaning power of this electric toothbrush is remarkable. The rotation of the brush leaves teeth feeling clean. There is no way your hand can rotate as fast as an electric brush to clean teeth.

It features a two-minute smartimer that ensures i brush for the recommended amount of time. A quad-pacer prompts me to switch quadrants of my mouth every 30 seconds. A pressure sensor to keep you from brushing too hard.

The rechargeable battery is another standout feature of the philips sonicare essence. The included charger is compact and convenient. Took on a 2-week vacation and did not have to recharge once.

Cons

Barell is about 3 inch around. It makes zero sense. Truly a piece of junk.

The sonicare charger doesn't plug onto a normal 110 vac outlet; it needs a usb outlet. It is advertised to hold a charge for 14 days. Does not come with a charging block.

Love this product, it has 2 speed options and cleans really well.

Lasted me seven years before it lost the ability to grip its brush heads and instead made an awful buzzing noise

Take the head apart and clean it it gets gross after a week or so.

Not bad for the price and seems to be able to use my old charging stand to charge which will be a good backup.

Nice value priced electric toothbrush without all the extra fancy settings.

Tired to alert ups but it was an impossible loop.

I took it up north with me without the charging dock and never had an issue.

One of two packages was destroyed and very wet including instructions.

I got the second least expensive sonicare and it is perfect.

Asked my dentist and he highly recommended it and said to stick with one of three major brands with sonic being the best.

Only complaint is the price of replacement philips branded brush heads.
