The replacement vibrates faster than i like, and has no speed control , presumably to optimise the cavitation cleaning effect.
I’ve bought few toothbrushes but this one actually feels like it is doing a good clean and it makes a noise when you plug in to charge it.

But it is cheap, and my hygenist is pleased at the result.

The toothbrush has a useful overpressure function in other words if you press too hard it slows down a useless black and white appearance and a tubular body that is just waiting to roll of the uppermost glass shelf of my bathroom cabinet
