I like the newer prestige a little better than the diamondclean because it is a little more streamlined. It’s very easy to set up and use. The app is also easy to use.

Cons

The battery life seems shorter than the previous version. And here's the kicker, the brush just randomly turns off as you're brushing. The sensor in the collar of the toothbrush stem keeps breaking.

If you put the toothbrush into the charger rotated 180 degrees, it runs down the battery and is then unusable until you charge it. Their faq first frames it as user error, telling users not to charge with the wrong base.

Phillips' warranty is longer but its customer service through a website is perfectly designed to avoid responsibility or any reasonable way to return the product, get your money back or get it repaired. It's not normal to have a product break 3 times ... Read More

It is such a pain to use as it shuts off constantly. It starts to feel insulting when i'm working so diligently to get this very expensive item to work, to do a necessary task, twice a day, to have the maker say things like this.

I definitely recommend this is you’ve got the $ for this upgraded model.

The price is over the top for useless features and marketing gibberish.

The cost of the toothbrush is a little pricey, but well worth the cost to improve your dental care.

Packaging/appearance

I travel quite a bit and it's super easy to pack as well as it isn't too bulky.

Competitiveness

It works great and i've noticed a difference in how my teeth feel after brushing in comparison to another brand i was using for years.

I was worried this premium version might be much more expensive better tech and not materially better as to cleaning.

For sure i'll buy my next one from phillips, just won't take the top model.
