The bristles are soft, which is supportive for a gentle clean at receding gumline. These a3 versions do a much better job of cleaning your teeth - to the point that it's noticeable. They also are flexible enough to really get between teeth.

The electric toothbrush comes with the default brush (w). Apart from looking like a toothpaste vampire at the end of brushing this head is my favorite in terms of feel and perceived clean.

Quality of the toothbrush heads are great. They combine all the qualities of several of other sonicare toothbrush heads. This is hands down the best version of sonicare heads i've ever used. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years.

They work very well and would recommend upgrading to these. They're still kind of pricy. Couldn't be happier.

Every time i've used one of these, bristles have fallen off while i'm brushing. It's over priced but that is because there are sensors and a computer chip inside the brush head that connects to the newest model but does nothing in older models.
