I guess the one thing i notice is that sometimes the spray strength seems to be weak, in which case i just repeat until i get a good one -- it seems like it may have to do with the angle i am holding it or perhaps the pressure i am applying to it, because it seems to happen only for certain teeth and multiple times in a row, so they seem to have somehow made the strength more consistent with the airflosser ultra.  Read Less
