Cons
Metal shafts continue to come loose, making brushing noisy and less effective. Brush is no longer being powered by the base and seems loose in the base. For the price of these toothbrushes the quality is an absolute joke.
Rubbish service, hardly toppable. When its working, this is a good toothbrush. Even using official sonicare heads it went loose and rattled after a few months.

I've had the significantly more expensive models of soniccare toothbrush and don't see a reason to go beyond the 4300.

There were no instructions though and no leaflet to tell you where to go to find them but did find online eventually
