Pros
The handle is slim and easy to manipulate. Powerful toothbrush motor, automatic timing. Bristles are a little softer than expected.
Excellent product. Genuinely impressed. Love it. No complaint here.
Haven't had any trouble during my yearly dental cleaning. Wake up in the morning and teeth still feel sparkling clean. The timer is very helpful feature.
It takes about 20 days to recharge. Works well, battery lasts a loooong time before needing charging. Great for being able to take it for a week-long vacation without having to bring the charger.
Fairly priced and of excellent quality. Affordable as well. Worth every penny.
Cons
Can't speak to how well it cleans, probably does a fine job, but the extremely rapid vibrations drove me crazy. Bad battery life and doesn't seem to operate long enough to clean the teeth. Toothbrush is just okay.

I imagine it was a return at some point which was sketchy but ultimately it works and all the bits inside were clean and unused
