Pros
The battery longevity is great! I love the app that lets you know which parts you may have missed and have to go over again!
It's somewhat matte, and again just looks top notch, especially with the glowing mode indicators. The only problem i have had is eventually the prong to which the head attaches begins to wiggle snd cause an unusual sound.
Cons
This is a total scam. The advertisement makes no mention of “refurbished’ products. Contacted seller twice, and didn’t get any return on request.

I was pleased with the results over those 4 years so i decided to buy again (this isn't that bad for 3 times a day use).
I hate that i have to replace the entire toothbrush with the charger, travel case etc.

It is well worth the purchase price.

Ive used traditional electric toothbrushes that arent sonic and as long as the bristles are soft enough they dont bother my sensitive teeth

There is a small rubber ring around the base of brush head that had degraded causing the vibration to become jerky and inconsistent
