Pros

The device apparently holds a charge, the heads all have covers, the toothbrush has a case (charges the device by usb). It's pretty strong. The battery is fantastic.

Using sonicare tooth brushes has proven effective in preventing tooth decay. The various sonicare brush-heads have different uses - gum care, deep cleaning, tongue, etc. I have issues with my gums & these brushes really help.

This toothbrush also comes with an app and bluetooth connectivity. The app helps you track your brushing habits and when to move to different quadrants of your mouth. The timer on the brush helps you to know how long to brush in each area.

Cons

Big thumbs down for qc on this model. It's impossible to reconnect it and phillips will not warranty it for more than 24 months. Recommend getting a cheaper toothbrush to save yourself the money and frustration of dealing with this low quality philips... Read More

Five disconnected calls to phillips to get some brushes. The little metal rod, that the toothbrush head attaches, is wobbly again. It lasts a year since it’s refurbished.

This is a huge disappointment, as sonicare has been my go to for years. Very disappointed. No more sonicare for me.

I got mine during a sale so it was even more worth it.

It was an excellent deal and a great gift!

I don’t make a ton of money either so when i went to spend almost $300 i was a bit worried of getting disappointed.

I bought this for my daughter on an amazon prime day deal.

Packaging/appearance

I chose this cool looking gray color because it looks great whether you use the black color brush heads or buy white ones in the future.

Competitiveness

It’s easy to charge and keep the cup clean, especially as compared to other types of charging stand/toothbrush combos i’ve used.

I purchased this for my wife who already had another lower model sonicare.

I'm going to compare this sonicare to my older model which was the first diamond clean model that came with the glass cup.
