An expensive toothbrush that breaks after 18 months is very disappointing. Not good for a product costing £150 and supposedly premium. Brushes really well, but the reliability is awful.

It was exchanged for a brand new one each time within a few days.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was very good, box was in good condition.
Mine came with the charging glass (not shown in the picture) which i also like.
