The sound of the brush becomes tinny and the brushing is ineffective. Due to the faulty button, it goes off randomly including in the middle of the night and fell in to the sink vibrating waking the whole house up. Now doesn't charge.

Sure its great but its overpriced an in terms of brushing its no better than their cheapest model save the money and buy better brush heads as those actually do make all the difference
