Pros
Battery life is great and i love the app that lets you know which parts you may have missed and have to go over again.
Diamond clean provides amazing cleaning with little to no need for the annoying dental floss. I have a 14 year old * b that i use to clean my grout in the shower that has never quit. I like the way it cleans my teeth.
Cons
The battery drains really quickly. I'm the fool who thought i purchased the extended coverage because of experience with my first sonicare.

Diamond clean leaves my teeth feeling polished and smooth with way less calcium build-up.
The handle it very comfortable to hold and the battery charge seems to last forever!
It is also very quiet and my teeth have never felt cleaner
I love the tooth brush but not the charging stand,it has 2 separate parts that just sit on top of each other,not very sturdy.
Price
I gave it a 4 for value because the replacements heads are a ridiculous price.
Now that i know how much i love it, i'd buy it when not on sale.
Good value for money if keeping oral health well to stay healthy for other parts of body.
I bought this brush when it was on sale.
Competitiveness
I buy the generic replacements for a lot less and they work just as well.

The first couple of times using this i had to lean over a sink so i didnt have stuff running down my chin
