Pros & Cons
Pros
It leaves the mouth feeling really clean and refreshed. The brush heads communicate with the philips sonicare app. It helps decrease the motion and pressure that you use on your teeth as well as times each section of your mouth so that each area is ad... Read More
Cons
The battery life goes for about 9-11 days before you get a warning to charge it up. The pole that the brush goes on is now completely loose, which makes the brush ineffective at brushing. The warranty is crsao as well.
At $279 there's no way it was a good economical decision. My diamond clean toothbrush died just two weeks after the warranty expired. This toothbrush has a very poor (intentional) design flaw by phillips designed to sell more toothbrushes. Even though... Read More

It does an amazing job cleaning plaque, tartar and all of the rest of the nasty stuff that builds up on teeth.
It does exactly what i need it to, doesn’t make my gums bleed like others have, and has so many more features that make it a wo... Read More
After five months of regular use, the toothbrush shaft that holds the brush head is loose and doesn't hold the brush head firm.
This item broke in 3 months after the return window closed.
Price
Best money i've spent in a while!
These replacement heads are a bit more expensive, but after paying so much for my implants, i find this to be well worth it.
Very disappointing especially for a toothbrush that retails for over $300.
This is the first i have spent over $300 on.
Shipping
Surprise--it was still under warranty and they are sending a new unit that i should receive in 3 to 5 business days.
Competitiveness
I have an earlier philips sonicare toothbrush that also works well.
I've tried less expensive sonic toothbrushes and keep coming back to the diamond clean versions.
Seems like overkill and maybe just another way to make money, similar to 5-bladed razors.
I went with philips instead of the oral-b because of the different shaped heads.

While this brush has a tongue cleaning setting i did not feel that the features of this brush were truly necessary for this purpose

Also i did not feel like swapping brush heads each time i brushed just to clean my tongue
