Pros

The brush and the app are a good combo at helping you brush better. One thing that puzzles me is the app.

this toothbrush is phenomenal! Received as a gift and love the product. This is my second phillips diamond clean and again i am very pleased. Do yourself a favor and buy this, but it now!

Cons

Price was not a bargain and now i apparently don't have a warranty very disappointing! There's no way for me to connect with the seller and ask for a warranty or refund or anything. That is silly4.

This is the third diamond care unit i have personally owned, and also the third unit to cease functioning (each unit only lasting a year or less) the on/off button is very hard to work. It shuts on and off at will.

Good quality, long lasting, and easy to use.

Works great and has the quad pacer that i like so i can time my brushing.

I got this brush in may 2023 and 11 months later the power button stopped working.

I think this is a great toothbrush but exactly 1 year its completely dead.

Price

Our last few have died within a year and they are too expensive to last less than a year.

Expensive, but so are visits to the dentist and this device should reduce those visits.

It's a bit pricey, but the battery lasts forever before needing a charge and again the brushing power (on max power) is excellent.

Had to call philips to get one.

Update2: eh i decided to change to 5 stars because philips did resolve issue in 2 days.

Competitiveness

I have had many models of sonic tooth brushes and this one is by far the best so far.

This product is a replacement for the same product bought multiple years ago.
