The one that this review relates to is my 4th sonicare. After using it a month it is by far my favorite toothbrush i have owned. It is awesome!

It is supposed to run for 2 minutes but quits every ten seconds. After two months it is broken/defective. The battery goes out before i even make it through half of my upper teeth.

The second lasted about 2 years before the battery didn’t hold much of a charge.
Price
Definitely worth the extra $$$ for this upgrade.
So i’d say save your money for the connectivity features.
The first one did a great job and lasted long enough to justify the cost, but the last 3 have all been a disappointment.
At the time of this review the price is 50% higher than it was.
Packaging/appearance
I like that it came with travel box and charger.
Competitiveness
This one replaced another brand of electric toothbrush.
The low end models we got for our third set did not clean well at all by comparison.
In summary, the philips sonicare diamondclean smart 9750 is much more than a toothbrush; it’s a comprehensive dental care system.

The first was bought as a pair and lasted almost 4 years until the internal mechanism became worn out
