Cons

After 30 seconds of brushing, it shuts off on its own. After 18 months, the top is lose rendering it incapable of properly brushing. It makes very loud noises and cannot function properly due to the gap between the head and the shaft.

Asurion warranty is not an extended warranty. For now, back to the old fashioned way.

It’s a glorified paperweight.

I got mine during a sale so it was even more worth it.

It was an excellent deal and a great gift!

I don’t make a ton of money either so when i went to spend almost $300 i was a bit worried of getting disappointed.

I bought this for my daughter on an amazon prime day deal.

Dude brought it to my house 36 days after it said delivered to my house.

Longer story short, it was delivered to 190 david kinsey road instead of my address which is 190 kinsey road.

Packaging/appearance

I chose this cool looking gray color because it looks great whether you use the black color brush heads or buy white ones in the future.

Competitiveness

It’s easy to charge and keep the cup clean, especially as compared to other types of charging stand/toothbrush combos i’ve used.

I purchased this for my wife who already had another lower model sonicare.

I use a similar and once you go with this you can never go back to a cheap toothbrush.

I'm going to compare this sonicare to my older model which was the first diamond clean model that came with the glass cup.
