Pros

The battery life is superb compared to anything else i’ve ever used! It's easy to carry and delivers as promised. The device apparently holds a charge, the heads all have covers, the toothbrush has a case (charges the device by usb).

I am all-thumbs when it comes to flossing my teeth. They clean my teeth and gums extremely well. I have issues with my gums & these brushes really help.

This toothbrush also comes with an app and bluetooth connectivity. The app helps you track your brushing habits and when to move to different quadrants of your mouth. I like the feature that tells me i'm brushing too hard.

Cons

Price tag is very expensive for a 1 year product. There's very little different between the $50 one and the $200 one except for somewhat pointless quality-of-life features that don't contribute to cleaner teeth. Customer service is horrible. For over ... Read More

Would not take a charge. Manual says unit is shipped with some charge but toothbrush never turned on the first time.

They send me tons of promotional e-mails but apparently aren't interested in taking responsibility for their hyper-expensive products when they fail. Suggest amazon develop a pile of junk icon rating system for products like this.

I got mine during a sale so it was even more worth it.

It was an excellent deal and a great gift!

I don’t make a ton of money either so when i went to spend almost $300 i was a bit worried of getting disappointed.

I bought this for my daughter on an amazon prime day deal.

I absolutely love it and i have yet to charge it from the day i received it, a month ago!

I chose this cool looking gray color because it looks great whether you use the black color brush heads or buy white ones in the future.

Competitiveness

It’s easy to charge and keep the cup clean, especially as compared to other types of charging stand/toothbrush combos i’ve used.

I purchased this for my wife who already had another lower model sonicare.

I'm going to compare this sonicare to my older model which was the first diamond clean model that came with the glass cup.
