Pros

It's the real deal, not knock off oem. These cost a little bit more than some of the no-name versions, but they perform flawlessly. Genuine phillips quality.

I change my toothbrush every 3 months as suggested and it works for me. The brush thoroughly cleans and gets into all difficult areas. Too bad the e-series is discontinued.

Cons

The item firmness description says extra soft, but that is not what i received. Very disappointed. Returned item and will look for alternate product.
