Cons

Original products used to provide months of service before separating. I suspect that is because this is some cheap ripoff product.

Nylon bristles have come out in my mouth as i was brushing. One of the three brushes seal had been broken just enough to pull the brush out of the bag. The brusheads are wider than the e-series and leaves an open gap on your toothbrush when applied.

They fit ok on the base unit, but when the toothbrush is turned on the vibration causes them to loosen up. They rattle loudly when turning on the tooth brush. The heads are terrible because they get filled with mold and gunk.

Not happy with the misrepresentation. Quality control issues clearly. What a waste of time.

Same great product, but better packaging, and a three pack rather than the usual two pack.

Competitiveness

Absolutely appreciate the screw on connection and it’s superior to the newest generation of sonicare designs i have used them both.

The 3 pack was a good value and competitive with off brands.

With other brands, you can't depend on their ability to work as well or last as long.

I used to be able to find the replacement brushes at costco but they have switched to the newer model brushes that don't fit mine.
