Philips sonicare essence + gum health is truly superior. The toothbrush alone leaves my teeth feeling cleaner than the *-b. My mouth feels really clean after using this versus a normal toothbrush.
The air flosser takes some getting used to.

I'm really excited about this and it works great. Works great and, again, is fun to use. Really quite fantastic. Perfect combination. An amazing product.
The airfloss is a nice way to help your gums if you are not fond of doing regular flossing. It seems to be effective and possibly more effective than a string type floss. It is definitely more comfortable than using a string flosser.
Cons
Air flosser" is like an assault on your gums. The vibration of the toothbrush is still weird. The water reservoir is so small you need to refill it multiple times.

I've owned a half dozen sonicare toothbrushes over the years.
The handle is fairly large and much bigger and heavier than a waterpik handle which took a bit of getting used to.
I am a sonicare user for a long time and have had three different models over the years.
If you haven't used a sonicare toothbrush before, it is a strange sensation at first but you get used to it if you stick with it.

Only the front spaces of your teeth need the treatment so accessing the inside of your teeth is not necessary

The sonic toothbrush gets your teeth cleaner than a manual toothbrush because of the vibrating brush head and the 2minute timer that tells you when you’ve brushed long enough
