Pros
Great tooth brush. Great for gum health for sure. I like the way it provides feedback if pushing too hard on your teeth. If i use my thumbnail to press the button it seems to work better.
Loved the travel/charger case. Only complaint is it takes a little time to get used to it. It is louder than my old one. The battery life is wonderful!
It's pricey for a toothbrush but so worth it. I like the sonicare 7500 performance for brushing. The only draw back is the refill brushes are expensive in my opinion.
The smarthpone app requires you to have location services enabled. The unit is sleek, lightweight and much more advanced.
Cons
New sonicare toothbrush is loud and noisy. Handle starts to rattle and is extremely loud. Strange variations and vibration with mode changes during brushing. Bluetooth apps and brushing modes don't help. Poor vibration and low level ofvibration.

Good quality electric toothbrush it feels amazing this is my third electric toothbrush and by far this is already my favorite one
The sleek black design is a plus, and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time.
I had to replace my 10 year old sonic care tooth brush and this one is just dandy.
Since i have been using the philips sonicare products, i am now down to once a year because my dentist found no need for the frequency.
Price
It’s worth it for how much it cost.
So don’t cheap out on just any electric toothbrush and buy a discounted one at the local box store.
Competitiveness
This model is good and similar to the 6500 i previously owned.
Way better than the $25 entry level brushes found at grocery stores.
I was using another brand name electric toothbrush .

The connecting to the app seems a little odd though not sure why my toothbrush and my phone need to “chat” but whatever

I had used the highrated oralb brush but found the fact that it alway somehow leaked saliva mixed with toothpaste down my hand and arm
