Pros

Love the sleek smooth body design. Charge lasts a long time. Phillips is good about honoring their warranty.

Fully expanded dental hygienist here. Love sonic care * products used for many years. Surprise 3 am wakeups from your toothbrush are strange.

As to the brush itself, it’s fabulous. Now my visits are a breeze. Itcleans more effectively too i believe.

Cons

Philips sonicare toothbrush is unreliable and not worth the money. The toothbrush isn't field repairable (obviously), so i'm not sure what this process is. This is a bait and switch it isn't flexcare with 5 brushing modes. It does a great job of brush... Read More

The on/off button is not as convenient to use as other sonicare units we have owned.

Warning the cheaper models don't work as well.
