Pros

The app has a character named sparkly that guides and motivates them to brush properly and thoroughly. The app also has a parent dashboard that lets me monitor and manage their brushing habits and goals.

It is a fun and effective electric toothbrush that helps them brush better and longer. It has a kid timer and a quad pacer that help them brush for the recommended 2 minutes and cover all four quadrants of their mouth.

Cons

All it does is 'ding' after 2 minutes of brushing. It stops multiple times and restarts while my son is brushing. The toothbrush no longer works properly since it isn't fully connected to the base.

It's sad when companies so blatantly put profit over quality. I understand that occasionally you get a defective product but after reviewing several self fix videos it's very clear this product is poorly designed and engineered.

The sonicare kids toothbrush crapped out after 7 months. Unlike a leading mechanical rotating electric toothbrush brand, sonicare refuses to offer basic practical features. The product description says 3+, but i can't recommend it for that age.

Wish replacement heads were so pricey though.
