Pros

The bristles are soft and held up well over the 3 months which is when i change them. My teeth feel cleaner and when i floss there is less plaque. Fast delivery and no complaints. The only complaint is that the toothbrush doesn't bristle properly.

Cons

Head is small, made of cheap and hollow plastic which creates a horrible vibration on your teeth, and does not reach hard to get areas. Lost the tightness and vibrate all around.

This product is not compatible with the various modes of philips sonicare. Since it was bought in june there's no recourse other than it is wise to verify your purchases before you exceed the return period. Find a different model and hope for the best... Read More

The packaging looks legit but the type font on the brush looks fuzzy. The logo and markings on the fake brush are also slightly misaligned. The sonicare logo is light and blurry compared to the one that came with my brush.
