Just bought my 3rd sonicare they seem to have an inbuilt self destruct mechanism post warranty all the ones i have owned broke within warranty and phillips replaced them and one one month outside the warranty

Sonicare vs oral bafter several years of using oral b and being increasingly disappointed with poor battery life we made the change to sonicare and wont be going back

It is much quieter then the oral b more of a loud hum than a buzz and the oval heads reach tricky areas with ease

The rubber band in the neck of the toothbrush wears away and stops the toothbrush head vibrating properly

If you keep your receipt and the toothbrush breaks within 1 year of purchase it maybe 18 months i cant quite remember you can contact phillips customer services and they will send you a replacement one
