Needs a reset button , has been on charger for days.
Better than flossing which doesn't remove all material in pockets.

Did call philips and they are sending another unit since it was covered by warranty will update when other unit comes in.
Philips sent new unit out and is working.

Gets around implants and bridges and i dont choke as i did with a water pik
