Pros

The tooth sensitivity is much better after using these brushes for the past 8 months. It's gentle and the bristles are just soft enough without being overly so. The sonic care gum brush is my current pick now.

My teeth feel so clean and my gums are energized after brushing my teeth with this. They're a bit pricey, but get my teeth clean without hurting mygums.

Cons

The bristles fall out after only a week or so. Because my diamondclean reads the replacement heads as deep clean and my gums are essentially shredded atm. This is the 1st time i every had a problem with philips sonicare brushes.

The smart chip is faulty or something. Makes me not trust sonic for future purchases? Waist of money. I won't take a chance in ordering them from amazon again.

These are the real phillips sonicare brushes and they came fast.

I just received my toothbrush and brushes yesterday afternoon and have brushed my teeth multiple times already.

Competitiveness

I've tried a few different heads for my sonicare including some less expensive off-brand varieties.

Of course anything brand name is more expensive so naturally i wish these were cheaper.
