Pros

It's firm and i feel as though my teeth are clean and my gums are invigorated. Coffee stains are an insecurity that was eliminated thanks to the teeth whitening feature. It's a necessity for me.

Cons

Very annoying to get something not as advertised! The bristles come out while you are brushing. It does the job, but my gums were bleeding after i used it.

While the branded ones are more expensive, i find they last longer and work better.

I found that using branded phillips tooth brush heads works best for my electric toothbrush.
