Pros
It's gentle on the gums, which i need due to having olp. Excellent brush with outstanding battery life.
Well priced compared to retail. Comes with a two year guarantee. Only wish the replacement heads were cheaper.
Cons
Makes a noise but doesn't vibrate. The handle gets unbearably loud (it sounds like an electric sander) philips seems to be the only brush i have this problem with. This toothbrush is so violent, hurts my gums and teeth.

If you are adhd or know someone who is, this is a game-changer.
They are replacing it with a less desirable model.
More expensive models now feel under powered compared to this model.
