I immediately typed my issue into google and the philips facebook page popped up with 2000 comments of people who had the same problem 2 fast buzzes followed by 1 loud buzz and orangegreen lights flashing

The philips customer care on the facebook page replied to the inquiry with the same sketchy runaround saying to reset the toothbrush by both holding the power button and letting it charge for 24 hours

I tried both of these solutions and neither worked and it didnt seem like they were actually following through with any of the customers to make sure their problem was resolved

I reset the toothbrush by both holding the power button until it started blinking and i also let the battery completely drain and then charged it for 24 hours

My toothbrush is still acting like it needs an exorcism and the timing that this all happened shortly after the warranty expired along with the 2000 facebook comments that lead me to believe these units are programmed to fail at a certain point when the warranty is no longer valid
