Pros & Cons

Pros

The vibration is not unpleasant and doesn't irritate your gums. Pressure sensor works well.

As a charger the case does excellent needing only a usb cable. Battery seems to be better in terms of maintaining power for longer but also intensity close to the end of the battery’s life.

It is spectacularly powerful! By comparison to my older sonicare, this one is like a jackhammer. Overall, i'm pleased with the brush as it appears to do its job well.

New model is lighter, and does not have that irritating (to me) silicone/rubber grip that feels cheap. Brush heads are not bulky like some other brands. It is lightweight and yet feels very well made.

Cons

The warranty is only for 24 months. The oscillating part of the brush is broken/ very loose, causing the toothbrush head not to oscillate, and a loud rattling noise.

This unit is terrible. Highly recommend purchasing a different model. I love sonicare…but, this model is flawed.
