Pros

Vibration is good and not too strong. Feels really good after brushing. Works very well, and doesn't hurt my teeth or anything. Love this toothbrush.

Always keep it on charge, have not tested the capacity of the battery. Just fyi, the battery life is good, even though it's not lithium ion.

Cons

Battery life is awful and it doesn't charge well. Save your money and opt for a slightly better version. The warranty is also terrible. Battery lasts only 1 day.

This product is useless. As in non-existent. Piece of junk.

This toothbrush is not worth the money. Main reason i had to return this is the gap between brush and body (ref pics).

We bring it in the carrying case that came with our other sonicare brushes).

We bought this cheap sonicare 2100 specifically for when we go travelling, so we don't need to carry higher-end ones along.

The toothbrush i received was a sonicare hx3230b, not the hx3211/62 as described although the box was labeled correctly.
