Cons
Amazon were superb in taking back faulty product and giving me a refund. The replacement, however, is an inferior model, and a standard case has been returned instead of the usb charger case.
Clearly then, philips is a multi-national company with an escalation process that is not fit for purpose. Just rattled around.
For £125 this is rubbish! I have two kids sonicare which cost £40 and have lasted over three years and are way better than these overpriced versions.

Had this 7900 for a few weeks now and very happy with the toothbrush.
My gum health has definitely improved using this, even with the whitening heads.
Product became faulty within 5 months of purchase.
I am left thinking that amazon have sold me an out of date product!

I would never have paid that price.

Competitiveness
Decided to buy a proper sonicare toothbrush after my cheaper one broke down and i don't regret it.
Cleans super efficently and comes with 4 setting including deep clean which is my preferred option.
Previously had an oralb with oscillating head, that lasted for years.

I can manage 9 days brushing twice a day which is more than acceptable to me but as with all manufacturers battery life boasts its total nonsense
