Pros
Top notch product. Simple to use, seems fairly durable. This one, at least, is portable.
Cons
All in all a disappointment. It sounds very cheap - very thin. Very cheaply made. Research on mfg website to get an accurate output wattage.
Customer service is terrible. They make you send photos receipts and do nothing. You have to pay for return shipping $25-35. Except they all want to download, so what use is this inferior unit?
The sound is horrible no bass and is just a cheap little boom box. Speakers crackle, fm tuner is extremely touchy for setting and is loose so it moves awkwardly up/down severely changing the station reception which is terrible to begin with.
