Sound is bad and scratchy at times, no bass. Zero bass whatsoever, it just sounds like a really tiny speaker.

If you have smallish ears, these are definitely not for you.

They are uncomfortable. Even if you custom made some, they have nowhere to hold onto. They lack anything closely resembling base.

The only phone line you can call to get an update on your warranty case is prone to accidentally dropping callers in queue. There is a high pitch ringing while the ear phone is powered on. It has no noise cancelling feature.
