The only phone line you can call to get an update on your warranty case is prone to accidentally dropping callers in queue. If paused too long, the headphones disconnect. There is a high pitch ringing while the ear phone is powered on.

If you have smallish ears, these are definitely not for you. They only have mono mode and that means only one of the ear buds works at a time.
