Highlights
Quality
Easy to install, very sturdy, can open the door by app, code or finger print.
It’s built pretty sturdy, and i think it’ll last a while.
The process was simple, but it would repeatedly fail to lock-in on enough of my fingerprint.
Not only that, but i am also unable to configure door sensor as the app will just skip steps automatically and cause it to fail... Read More
Price
I think it’s a great price for the value.
It sounded too good to be true for the price as it had wifi access, touch pad and keypad.
Shipping
I sent an email to phillips and asked them to correct their instructions.
Packaging/appearance
It's easy to install with basic tools and know how, came well-packaged with clear instructions and works well with almost no lag time.
Competitiveness
Great value compared to the biggest name brands.
Been using it for a few months now, seems to be on par with the competition and works fine as a stand alone smart home item.
I searched for other brands that had the wifi hub and door open sensor package but nothing came close to this deal.
Decided to go with phillips over other brands for the higher level of security provided both in their app and hardware in the lock itself.
