I am very happy with this and i would happily recommend it.
This is a proper tripod as far as i am concerned.
For under £30 i think this is a very useful, decent quality tripod.

Mount wise you get quick release catch that enables you to remove the camera from the tripod but putting it back in again is a complete pain
