Pros
The phoepet reflective dog harness combines practicality, safety, and comfort. It is well made and very reflective for walking at night. Durability and the three adjustable buckles allow for a custom fit.
The chest area features padding, ensuring that it doesn’t rub or chafe. It's not very bulky, which is great.
The phoepet harness features two sturdy metal hook loops for leash attachment. It’s a must-have for large breeds, especially those with a penchant for pulling. I have a * who pulls hard so this has given me more control.
Cons
When the harness is in a tighter setting across the body, the excess string hangs on the bottom and drags across the floor while the dog walks. There’s nowhere to tuck it in. Not well designed at all.

All in all this is a 10 out of 10, i just think its a bit heavy and rigid for the little guys.
Price
I was actually surprised at how good it was for the price that they charge.
Not a bad harness for the price.

I had to return although my boy has a 9 inch neck the harness was too tight around the neck made it as long as possible and there was room for 1 finger between strap and him fear of growth he just turned 1 made me decide to return
