Pros

Cheaper and has bluetooth. Quick to setup either through the pc as printer or by downloading the app and using it via bluetooth with your cell phone. I am not tech savvy and still i was able to hook it up and download whatever it needed.

This printer prints quite fast, makes very little noise, and the printed thermo ink stays in tact. This little printer does everything that my large cannon printer does.

This printer makes excellent labels and even more importantly it interfaces perfectly with all the shipping services online. It works quite well, the software is good, and i haven't had any trouble with it that required tech support.

The price point is good, and easy to set up and use. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended. I highly recommend this product.

Cons

There was zero fix. It is very frustrating. If the seller/manufacturer want to help i am open to it… otherwise it’s going back in a few days.

All those inky labels i've printed on big sticker label paper and having to crop and stick on the package only to have to tape over it.

Compared to other similar printers i’ve used, it performed better than most.
