Pros
Easy to connect, always connects, prints really fast. No need to worry about ink, this uses thermal printing.
Support is fantastic, ened up switching out my printer for this model that is better. Works really well, easy to set up and the program is easy to navigate. I imagine it'll be easy as the rest of the setup and functions have been.
Cons
Shipping labels come with extra info on the pdf that i don't want and there is no way to edit. There was no usb driver included and the links on the “geocities-esq’ website are either not live or not there.

Price
Really appreciate that it comes with some free labels – only maybe 10 but that's all i need right now so it saved an extra cost.
For printing shipping labels, price tags, labels, etc, it's an excellent purchase.
Paying for ink (+ membership), paper and then spending time cutting out the labels was costly and time consuming.
Seeing this one on sale for less then $100 i picked it and some paper to try.

I also picked up small labels for my canadian buyers a quick cut and paste and i have professional address labels for those

Unlike the other one this one doesn’t skip labels and that’s important since they cost a fortune
